What is Badge Games? And what's a "Badge", or BadgeScore?

Badge Games is a free, online gaming website with achievements for every game. At Badge Games, we call these achievements 'Badges'. Each badge you collect will earn you some BadgeScore - easier badges will earn you less, while harder badges will earn you more. Players are ranked on the leaderboard based on how many badges they have.

I've forgotten my password. How can I retrieve it?

If you have lost your username or password, you can retrieve it here. You simply have to enter your email address, and a reactivation link will be sent to you immediately. Note: the forgot password page is not acessible if you're already logged in.

How come I can only rate a game if I review it too?

Most gaming and video websites allow you to rate games and review them separately. However we only allow you to offer a rating when you post a review. This is because we want to ensure our ratings are accurate and fair, and ratings by those who are taking the time to review games are likely to be better thought out.

I found a bug in one of the games. What should I do?

We test all of our games thoroughly to ensure the best possible playing experience. However, if you do find an issue with one of our games, please let us know so we can resolve the problem.

I should have received a badge, but I didn't get it. Help!!

This doesn't happen very often at all - so rest assured it probably won't again. For now, please send us some kind of proof that you should have the badge (a screenshot, etc), and we'll award it to you. You can avoid this problem in the future by:

  • Only having one Badge Games game open at a time,
  • Using an up-to-date version of flash, and
  • Using a modern web browser.
